  • 51 Kilometers, starting from a village called San Pablo Huixtepec

You will ride on dirt routes through small villages, the first part is flat but from a village called San Martin Lachilá, there will be up-hills and down-hills until you reach one of the main routes that connect Oaxaca City with Puerto Escondio. You will finish your ride in nearby a town named Ejutla and eat at a local restaurant. After you have eaten and tried the local drink "Mezcal," you will drive about an hour to Miahuatlán, where you sleep and rest in a small hotel to get ready for the next day.

Second day

  • 52 Kilometers, intermediate and advanced levels
  • 30 Kilometers, beginners

You will eat breakfast at 8 a.m. at the hotel’s small restaurant then you will start your ride from here. This day has lots of up-hills and down-hills because you start crossing the southern mountains of Oaxaca. You will be riding through small villages settled in the mountains; you will eat in a village called San Pablo Coatlán which will be the end of the ride for some people.

For those who want to keep riding there will be 13 extra kilometers up-hill and two kilometers down-hill. This night you will rest in San Sebastián Coatlán at 2000 meters above sea level at the Osorio's family house.

Third day

  • 66 Kilometers

At 8 a.m. you will eat breakfast and around 9:30 you will start riding. One of the stops you do during the route will be in Llano de León, a very small village where you'll get some cold drinks at one of the village’s stores.

Once you've rested for some time, you will continue riding to La Reforma, the place where you eat and sleep. After you eat, you'll visit a beautiful waterfall where it is possible to swim. This night you sleep in tents that you set up very close from a river. If you still have energy you can swim no matter the time of the day because the water keeps warm most of the time.

Fourth day (35-46 kilometers)

Due to the hot weather its necessary to start riding at 7 a.m. You will ride from the camp site to Puerto Escondido to have breakfast at one of the Zicatela’s restaurants, this day you still ride some up-hill sections and will finish in front of the beach.
