Day 1: Dead Horse Point State Park (14 - 20 miles / 22 - 32 kilometers)

Arrive early in Moab today and meet your guides. As you shuttle to your trailhead to start things off, they’ll give a run-down on the day’s agenda, but actions speak louder than words so it won’t be long before your moving those legs and pumping that heart. Your inaugural ride will be at Dead Horse Point State Park and you’ll canvass all the trails. Not too technical, not too demanding of the heart, and certainly a great intro ride to get used to this high desert playground.

Day 2: The Magnificent 7 (18 - 26 miles / 28 - 41 kilometers)

You’ve got the makings to a magnificent day ahead. Today, you’ll ride the Magnificent 7 series of trails on a 26-mile point to point. Singletrack, jeep trail, ledges, some technical ups, and of course, some slick rock await as you start to put shape to your epic week of Moab magic. There are options to make it a wee bit longer or a touch longer so DirtGypsy Adventures got you covered. Finish with a wild descent off the mesa and get settled back in town at the hotel before you enjoy another superb dinner.

Day 3: Hymasa and Slickrock (20 - 30 miles / 32 - 48 kilometers)

Fuel up this morning before tackling some of Moab’s newest purpose-built trails. Your guides will introduce you to Hymasa - a nice challenging climb that features some scattered descents on pristine Moab singletrack. Upon reaching the top of Captain Ahab, you’ll be rewarded with some truly epic views of Canyonlands National Park before the real fun begins. Ahab can be as challenging as you desire and there are great flow and features throughout. With some exposure and ledges here and there and a few climbs, your guides will help where needed to ensure that you’re a better, more confident rider at the end of this gem.

Enjoy lunch along the Colorado River and refresh with a dip before you head over to the trail that put Moab on the map - Slickrock. You will tackle a great loop in this sandstone skatepark and return at that perfect time to catch the alpenglow illuminate the La Sals in the distance.

Day 4: Castle Valley to Jackass Canyon (22 - 36 miles / 35 - 57 kilometers)

Today, explore the handful of trails you haven’t yet gotten to that truly define Moab mountain biking. The Kokopelli Trail and Porcupine Rim are some of the best sections of the Whole Enchilada and you’ll spend the day beneath a forest of pinyon and juniper swooping through turns, riding ridgelines, and sampling a selection of slick rock and singletrack.

A Dirt Gypsy favorite, you’ll see for yourself as you ride from Castle Valley to Jackass Canyon, challenging yourself as much as you’d like en route to the Colorado River below. An afternoon visit to Arches National Park will be a great chance to stretch the legs out on a short hike while discovering even more of the geological splendor that this region boasts. At dinner this evening, DirtGypsy Adventures is sure that you’ll be inclined to raise a toast to a great week of riding.

Day 5: Final ride and departure (12 - 17 miles / 19 - 27 kilometers)

It’s not over yet! Before you blow out the candles, you will ride some mellower terrain and get the blood flowing in those legs once more. You’ll have a rider’s choice poll this AM and tackle some trails before calling it quits. You’ll have a chance to clean up post ride before DirtGypsy Adventures bids you farewell to continue your travels as you choose.
