Program

Stage 1: Saverne - Ottrott (86.5 km - 1225D+)

After a first night in Saverne, go through the Kochersberg to the beautiful village of Ottrott (capital of Alsace Pinot Noir, "Ottrott red"). On the program, three listed climbs, but so many other small ones are not, a circuit breaker-legs of beauty for this entry in matter. Overnight in Ottrott, imperative cellar visit for lovers of good wine.

Stage 2: Ottrott - Kaysersberg (73 km - 1183D+)

En route to one of the most beautiful villages in France, on the wine route and the castles. Climb the Landsberg castle at the beginning of the stage, before crossing the Alsatian wine route between Andlau and Kintzheim. Discover the Alsatian valleys connecting villages with one another in the vineyard. Climb the climb to the castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg (at the menu of the fifth stage of the Tour de France 2019!) Before reaching the medieval village of Ribeauvillé then branch off on a small steep road that will take you through the Alsatian vineyards to Kaysersberg, including through Riquewihr. Kaysersberg is a village to be enjoyed without moderation for your stage night.

Stage 3: Kaysersberg - Saverne (141 km - 2013 D+)

Return to the north of Alsace from Kaysersberg during the queen of your stay. 141 km difficult, without being unaffordable are on the menu of this day. From the valley of Kaysersberg, through the Val d'Argent, the Val de Villé, the Bruche valley, Le Raidard invites you to discover the less traveled routes of Alsace, beautiful places such as the Donon Pass, or the Fouchy pass, the Climont pass, and then go down again, via a small tower in Moselle, towards Saverne by the road of the locks. A day atypical and unforgettable! Overnight in Saverne.

Stage 4: Back to Saverne (108 km - 1000 D+)

An enchantment for the eyes on the roads of Northern Vosges. Breathtaking landscapes, often unknown to people visiting Alsace. A last stop on the roads with incredible panoramas, before your return to Saverne for your last evening step before going back to your home the next day.
