It is currently managed by the fifth generation of the family. You are in one of the "sanctuaries" of the modern gastronomy, Pirineos PUNTO BIKE doesn't forget that the chef / chief, Francis Paniego, accumulates three Michelin stars. In view of this, one of the non-sporting activities of the stage will be to capture the essence of the place.
