There are fitness area and spa in the hotel where you can enjoy spa facilities, unless you want to continue with the static bike or with the exercise machines. You can also hire a massage service. There are numerous spaces and elegant environments where to "get lost". The Hotel bets on a luxury and at the same time goes unnoticed pampers every detail.
The design hotel has 59 rooms with the modern and avant-garde style that has its own personality, exquisite bar service, and a good selection of spaces to carry out the briefing and plan the activity for the following day.
The level of difficulty is chosen by the users and the routes are agreed during the same stage according to the interests of the group and of the meteorology. Navarra has a very varied geography and that also concerns the meteorological time, it is frequent that when it rains in the Pyrenees in other zones to the South it is possible to roll in dry, which generally is an option that the cyclist prefers.
The map with the routes you can see below is an indicative reference of what a 7-day stage can be. The criterion is that Pirineos PUNTO BIKE wants to "choose the best" and for this the common denominator regardless of the difficulty chosen is that you move in taxi bike to the starting point of the stage and the taxi bike will pick you up at the point where you finish the route. In this way, in some occasions the routes are circular and in others Pirineos PUNTO BIKE take interesting stages in line. Regardless of the taxibike, you have at all times a guide with the group and a support vehicle during the march.
In all stages of La Rioja Punto Bike, this day is considered a zero-day of the evening in which the group of cyclists arrives at the hotel. Depending on the time of arrival of the group, Pirineos PUNTO BIKE will decide if they'd make a presentation of the activity to develop in the next few days.
In all stages of La Rioja Punto Bike, the check-out is established at 18:00. So, in this last day the only difference in the activity compared with a stage-day, consists in reach a consensus with the group and choose a route with a mileage that leaves a sufficient margin at the end of the day for the displacement that cyclists need to do in order to go back to their places of origin.
The daily activity in the stage varies slightly depending on the format (one, two, or three) that you are talking about. In any of the level, routes will be determined with the group during the briefing of the day prior to the realization of the activity.
Note: Information only for guidance. Sometimes the data will not match since, for example, Pirineos PUNTO BIKE can give level 3 to a route with a mileage or unevenness that should correspond to level 2 but in which we have to overcome a high number of sections of port with very hard slopes.
