Jen came to cycling after a successful rowing career. Riding backwards and forwards to rowing training gave her a good cycling foundation but it wasn't until she joined the Bicester Cycling Club that she became hooked! Jen was fortunate to ride for some of the top women's team in the UK as well as riding professionally on a Dutch Women's Cycling Team. In her latter racing years, she set-up and run the highly successful Max Gear team. Now her cycling career has turned to running Polka Dot, riding large Randonees in France, and continuing to cycle all over Europe and the rest of the world.

Stuart started cycling at 25 after a football injury ended a promising future. He trained as PE teacher and out of all the sports he was involved in, it was cycling that really fired him up. The competitive spirit took over and he started racing at divisional level. More recently, Stuart has been combining the passion for cycling and his first love of teaching, with coaching cycling, a perfect synergy. He has coached several top amateurs in the UK and has helped many club cyclists start racing. He started running cycling holidays over 10 years ago.
