TREO Ranch is a terrific base for your multi-day cycling adventures. The secluded and comfortable 3500 square feet guest house that sits on a 300-acre farm with the nearest neighbors miles away surely is the place where the feasts are as big as the views. Consists of 7 bedrooms, it has 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 8 twin beds. After a long ride, you can enjoy a leisurely soak in the six-person hot tub, enjoy a game of pool, pull a cold one from your personal tap, kick back with the air conditioner on the comfy couches, or relax outside in the shade. There are cable, Wi-Fi, and a land-line telephone for those who want to stay connected. TREO also has the usual repair items to assist in punctures and bike adjustments (brake adjustment, shifting issues, and some cables), but is not equipped to address exotic tires, rims, re-shifting, etc.

Day 1

You will be picked up in Portland and shuttled out to Eastern Oregon to Wasco where you ride to your lunch spot at Cottonwood Canyon and finish up the day riding as far as you want or all the way to the lodge.

Day 2

It is possible to have several choices served on the table for all to taste. The dinner menu features regionally sourced meats, including local game birds, with all the trimmings, and a delicious dessert. A hearty breakfast will fuel your day’s adventures, and a delectable lunch will be delivered to you en route. Vegan and gluten-free are also available as needed.

For your downtime at the lodge, if you prefer something other than craft draft beer and Pepsi products, you are welcome to bring your spirit or soda of choice. Wine is also welcomed to share at the family style dinners. Meanwhile, though on-the-bike nutrition is a very personal thing, TREO will also have energy drinks and bars, soda (Pepsi products), water, and real food on board for you.
